Question 1

Can I contact you if I only have an idea?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tell us what you want to improve, who it is for and how you handle it today. You do not need to choose the technology or write a technical brief. We can help you work out a useful first step.

Question 2

What does a project with Alphonix actually look like?

Accepted Answer

Four phases: discovery, design, build, launch. You get a weekly demo of working software rather than a status report, and the scope is agreed before each phase starts so there are no surprises halfway through.

Question 3

How long does a build take?

Accepted Answer

A focused marketing site or a well-defined redesign runs a few weeks. A product with accounts, payments and an admin side runs a few months. We will give you a range in the first conversation and a firm timeline once discovery is done.

Question 4

Do you work with teams that already have a product?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can improve a difficult customer journey, connect tools that do not talk to each other, or review a system that is slowing your team down. We will explain what can be kept and what needs changing before agreeing the work.

Question 5

Who owns the code and the design files?

Accepted Answer

You do, from the start. The code, design files and hosting are kept under your accounts. At handover, we explain how the system works so you can continue with us or bring in another team.

Question 6

Do you use AI in the work?

Accepted Answer

Where it earns its place. Generative tooling is genuinely useful for exploration, motion, imagery and cleanup, and we use it there. The architecture, the interface decisions and the code that ships are made by people who will answer for them.

Question 7

What happens after launch?

Accepted Answer

We stay on for a stabilisation window as real traffic arrives, and after that it is your call. Some clients keep us on a light retainer for iteration; others take it in-house entirely. Both are fine, and neither is a condition of working with us.

Question 8

How do you price?

Accepted Answer

Per phase, fixed, against an agreed scope. You know the cost of discovery before discovery starts and the cost of the build before the build starts. Hourly work is reserved for open-ended advisory, where a fixed number would be a guess.
